Strength, conditioning and sport performance
Strength and Conditioning is the physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance. Each sport has different demands. Each athlete has different strengths and weaknesses. In order to develop the athlete, we need to identify and analyse the most important components of health and skill related fitness. We must then decide how to implement these into the training plan based on the different goals that need to be achieved. Through his Sports Science degree, Omar is able to use research and scientific formulas to both test and create the perfect training strategy for athletes in any sport.
