Possibly the hardest part of yourself to train is your MIND! Exercising and training begins with a thought which derives from your brain. Every day you have between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts and it is virtually impossible to remember or be aware of every single one of those. However, it is important to become mindful and in tune with your thoughts as these can have a powerful effect on your training. Through goal setting, concentration, motivation, relaxation, imagery and many more researched mental techniques we can drastically improve the chances of consistently training, competing well, and pushing past your limits that you thought weren’t possible.

Omar has competed as an athlete and understands how important the correct mind-set is. He will prepare you mentally to take on anything that comes your way both inside and outside of the gym.
