Fat Loss

Fat Loss

Fat loss is one of the most common fitness goals. It can be easily achieved but extremely hard to maintain. The body is a beautiful machine that can adapt pretty quickly provided it receives the correct stimuli. There are many routes to achieving fat loss, however some methods of training are much safer than others to begin with. The body responds best to gradual change therefore a drastic decrease in fat percentage is unlikely to be maintained.

It is not training alone which will provide you with the best results. Nutrition, sleep and hormones play a huge role in regulating an individuals fat percentage and these factors must be considered alongside their training.

The problem with the current classes and fitness initiatives that target fat loss is that they do not assess an individuals fitness level before accepting a person to train with them. Consequently, this has a high risk of injury for an untrained individual. Every person will respond differently to each method of training for fat loss, therefore this must be taken into consideration when exercising.
